2. Burden of responsibility. Entrepreneurs must manage all business functions, good marketing, finance, personnel and procurement and training.
3. The low profit margins and the possibility of failure. Because entrepreneurs use a small profit and finance the property itself, the margins / profits will be relatively small and likely to fail also.
